I appreciated the opportunity to do meaningful work with caring colleagues.

Cons

Institutional finances were always a struggle, resulting in regular cycles of budget complexity. Compensation was adequate (not great) but benefits were better.

Some faculty are quite disrespectful to some staff and trustworthy financial/organizational leadership has sometimes been quite lacking.
