Pros

There are no pros to working here!

Cons

Itutor needs a complete change in its upper level management. There is no real operating organizational structure or chart. The CEO micromanages everything changing people, positions, and work flow at his whim. Change is good, but not every minute! Employees need to be allowed to do their job without the CEO making a decision and then changing it with out consulting the people he hired. There is no plan for the company other then to raise much needed capital. The CEO had the one of the two building department designated fire exits in the office locked. The Fire Marshall had to be called to have him change the locking configuration on the door! Direct deposit of paychecks does not even exist at the company and salespeople have had to wait months for commissions!

New CEO's Destructive Leadership Style Tearing Company Apart

Pros

Currently, there are no positives to report. The company is facing significant challenges, and many employees find themselves scrambling to secure new job opportunities due to the uncertain future of the organization. The ship appears to be sinking, and this has led to a sense of unease among almost all employees

Cons

The company is facing significant financial challenges and has been in a state of flux for the past two years. Unfortunately, this has led to an all-time low in employee morale, with almost all anxiously awaiting each Friday to find out if their jobs will still be there on Monday. The CEO seems to place the blame for the company's problems on everyone but himself, and his management style is marked by constant hiring and firing. Even high-level executives like the CFO, CPO, and CRO have been subject to this trend. In fact, the CEO openly encourages a high rate of turnover, stating that employees who stay longer than a month should be considered the exception rather than the norm. This approach has left everyone feeling undervalued and uncertain about the future of the company.

Pros

If you enjoy watching the new CEO fire employees for fun & talk badly to them, this is the place for you.

Cons

The new impulsive CEO, Ysiad, along with the sidekick that thinks the company is all about her are playing with peoples lives. Not to mention the cut throat liars that are known as the sales team. It’s truly sad to see a company with potential be handled in such a negative way. It’s only a matter of time before they fire everyone else. Toxic and scary work culture, selfish senior management, no inclusion, horrible pay. Run away.
