I have worked for I-tutor for a year and a half. They provide the flexibility to work with a group of students or to provide one on one tutoring. I can work based on my personal schedule. The pay is great. I use my income from Itutor to pay off debt and save money.

Cons

There are minimal work opportunities during the summer.

Amazing climate and culture

Pros

Amazing team members. The new CEO has created such a positive climate and culture , and it is attracting some of the most talented people I have ever met. It is such a great feeling to look forward to working every day. I have never felt this good about any job I have ever had. I am both heard and respected. Fully remote is not to shabby either.

Cons

At times it would be nice to have an office space to work out of. Not being able to meet all of these amazing people in person.
