Full and part-time opportunities

Communication with school teachers can be difficult Getting into a routine that fit your lifestyle takes time Scheduling new students can be stressful at times Some students are hard to work with

Pros

Flexibility to create your own schedule. Feeling of appreciation from those in higher up positions. They always try to encourage teachers and show them how valuable they are. They are also transparent about things and do not hesitate to apologize or fix things if they have done something wrong. There is a huge sense of community with other teachers.

Cons

Can get hard to get bookings at first.

Everyone is extremely welcoming and want to help each other succeed. The environment is great, and I am always learning something new about the company/my job.
