Pros

Most of students were highly-motivated Asian-Americans. They were virtually all voracious readers, a trait that certainly helped them iimprove their writing skills.

Cons

Owner left after three years and her replacement was not nearly as prepared for an arduous job.

Pros

ITutor platform is very teacher friendly and once you get on board you immediately get bookings. I also like that we have an hour before class start to preview the lesson to get familiar with the lesson, and the topics of very interesting. I love how the IT system works, and the communication center is also great with answering your question professionally and in a very timely manner.

Cons

What I don't like is that how the company is very strict on absences. In life emergency circumstances will come up and with those emergencies come up at that time you don't be thinking about contacting iTutor to let them know, but I do feel once things become normal you should send some type of letter of documentation of that emergency so it can be taken off of your record. Now if it becomes consistent then I agree with the policy. Need to up the price from $7 hour to at least $20 an hour

Thank you for your review! We've never have had a starting wage of $7/hr. You are most likely referencing another itutor based abroad.
