      Pros

      Small town feel and friendly staff to work with. Pays well considering it is a more rural hospital. Pays nurses the same rate at the Manor as it does for hospital.

      Cons

      Can be understaffed at time. On the flip side it often has low census requiring a person to take voluntary time off or be on standby.

      1. Unqualified management 2. Unfair or lack of promotions 3. Clients can be rude and threaten and curse you without management doing anything and not protecting you. 4. LOW salaries
