Generous time off. Good Health Benefits and Pension Plan. Helpful co-workers.

Cons

Breaks and a duty-free lunch break are rarely attainable. Meetings before and after school are routine. Constant new procedures and tons of paperwork to complete with little time during work hours to get the work done.
