      Not prone to assist younger teachers, politics governs everything. Lots of extra work added in, to where the focus is not teaching.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time their working with children in K-3rd Grade. The biggest plus was t the teachers and staff. Dedicated, hard working and flexible.

      Cons

      In the effort to make teachers accountable, the evaluation TKES process is demoralizing good teachers, stressing them out, and causing many to decided whether public school is the place to be these days. STress levels among teachers is extremely high and continues to push teachers out even resign in the middle of the year.
