Good career progression and great team to work for. As long as you are willing to work hard, there are plenty of opportunities

Cons

Can be some long hours given that projects can be a little understaffed. Can be a bit of a lack of recognition because of how busy everyone is. Would be nice to have a rewards structures when things are going well
