Great ideas, not so great execution

Pros

Good culture if you are in the right team. There are some excellent people who are fun and supportive. Leadership have good ideas and want to go in the right direction.

Cons

Bad culture if you are not in the right team. Management do not effectively respond to bullying in some teams. Staff are afraid to report issues. Losing valuable and talented team members because they are being directly told there is no career progression or pay increase opportunities for them. Leadership don't appear to be putting enough resources towards their ambitious ideas.

- All talk but no action from management - Lack of training provided, you have to figure out everything for your self. - Not much room to growth - Managers have a 'my way or the highway' attitude.
