Some of the best people I've ever worked with.

Cons

Poor leadership from a "manager" who sits in his office and has little to do with staff. Treats casuals like numbers instead of human beings. Won't do his own dirty work. Won't return phone calls or even give reason for termination other than "casual on probation."

I learnt a lot thanks to one of the team members who was highly experienced. However, he was always making sexist, racist and homophobic comments. I was always feeling anxious.

Cons

Lots of work to do for inclusion. Unexperirience leaders who did not have a clue how to win a contract. Which caused more workload to others members of the team. Management team more worry about to show up that it was doing well rather than create a harmonious environment for the team. Manipulative and passive aggressive attitudes.
