Pros

Lots of good people at the ground Level You get to see lots of neat product Can build lots of relationships

Cons

-Higher management is almost as bad of a rotating door as employees -Inconsistent leaderships capabilities. -General favoritism is very apparent within the warehouse and on a personal note hearing "This company will never be able to pay you however much you have put in" after dedicating 60+ hours a week for no raises, promotion, etc.

Pros

Get to work independently. Good coworkers made the environment bearable. Good enough if you need warehouse experience, and then move onto something better.

Cons

Very high turnover. Little to no training of new employees, who are then left to train the next batch of new hires, so very few people completely understand how to do the job. Strict attendance policy. Work load fluctuated unpredictably for other departments, so people would get sent home early. Inventory often way understaffed.
