Incredibly poor communication, improper preparation/training in most departments, no training materials for vital departments leading to intense "job security" among long term employees slow to fix most maintenance issues, Money/product over employees, Constant Improper use of employees pronouns, little/none employee appreciation from FUNKO and not a temp agency.
