Poor leadership/ toxic culture. Executive team is a “frienemies”clique who, pit subordinates against one another, flaunt their money in toxic ways and get a laugh at humiliating employees. As long as people continue to buy the product, the culture will not change. Instead of hiring humble, hungry and smart individuals - high level employees are hired because they are friends of leadership, not because they are competent for the job. Lies, backstabbing, sexual harassment and lack of diversity run rampant. At the end of the day, you are a number that is expected to produce - there is no thought or care for the individual or what they contribute. Everyone outside of the inner leadership circle is expendable.

Toxic culture that starts from the top down. A culture that encourages people to tell on each other for each and every little thing. A culture that picks and chooses who can get bullied or not. A company that is proud to report increased revenue right before taking away more and more.
