The employees at the lowest levels have more heart and spirit than anyone else in this company.
Cons
The company is an employee scam. It seems like a fun, great place to work from the outside looking in but boy was I wrong. Upper management is a nightmare. I watched them screw so many good employees. HR is a complete waste of time, especially in the warehouse. Management doesn't care one bit about the employees on the floor, and getting into the management team is a toxic, ugly culture. I've never seen such a pack of rats within a company. Management visiting the warehouse is always extremely awkward because they're so disconnected and could care less about a teammate working on the floor.
