      Pros

      Building is cool. Fun to go to the store on lunch and shop with friends. Good discount on product. Has the potential to be so much more.

      Cons

      Company as a whole does not value employees. It does not have a true mission, purpose or values beyond achieving a sales goal. The end result is ever shifting priorities, reorgs, layoffs and staff turnover.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great people there.. but the culture is broken. Not very organized, and lack of leadership makes for a culture of people who avoid work and just show up.. They were making great changes and were getting rid of a lot of the poor senior leadership. As a new employee looking to help with their organizational issues, this was hopeful.. I was laid off 5 days after the changing of CEO's along with 400 other people... While it was FUN, it was a waste of time career wise...

      Cons

      The connection between new leadership and old guard.. Hasbro has taken over Funko with ex employees. They are bringing professionalism to a company that has existed on a napkin.. but they lack the connection with the previous management.
