      Ownership and Management needs to own their failures

      Pros

      Many teams wanted to do the right thing. They all try to assist with the best means possible with the tools they had.

      Cons

      As all the negative reviews state. -No tools to do their job -No support from upper management (fear factor from bullying and getting fired for having their own thoughts) -Everyone is afraid to provide criticism to upper management decisions. -Open door policy is a revolving door to the curb (fired or lay off due to opinion) -Spend money on non-value improvements, then struggle to find out how to pay for it -etc

      Pros

      sounds cool, looks cool on the outside, some unusual company perks, some great people working there.

      Cons

      it is like the apple in Sleeping Beauty--pretty and shiny on the outside--poisonous on the inside. Management is inept at best, unqualified at worst.

      Pros

      only pro about this place are the hard-working people that put in the hours but get nothing in return. Pretty much everyone besides the higher ups.

      Cons

      -no work-life balance -feared culture -no opportunity -growth only if you have an office
