Great people at the middle level that are trying to make a difference.

Cons

Executive Leadership is driven by ego. There is no desire to foster collaboration within the business. Even when people with experience and expertise are brought into executive positions, their hands end up being tied by the CEO and other VP’s, and change is rarely implemented.

Just about everything is a con with this company. Horrible management, from the top, all the way down. A handful that fight for the little people but even they have little to no luck with their bosses. They do NOT keep their word. Tell you one thing and next thing you know, your being fired for the very thing they told you was okay. You give your time and dedication , just for it to go unnoticed. There is NO job security, fired for any reason at the drop of a hat. Theres so many bad things about this company but wont bother wasting my time other than to say this.... If your thinking about working here, DONT. Turn around and RUN, dont walk, in another direction. HR needs to get a backbone also and fight for their people. It's what they are there for after all. It's all such a joke.
