If you like having a team you can rely on, we had that. They are willing to cut time out to get you up to speed on something that you may have trouble on, assist on that hunt for a missing item and so on. Friendly faces that will work together to assist one another.
Cons
While writing this, the company has made the decision to move warehouse operations down to Arizona. However it has not been a smooth one in the slightest. Estimations where generous on how fast the move was to be, however they did not have proper training for the eCommerce sector down in Arizona. So we are now at a point were lots of people are signing onto an extension to keep operations in Washington till there issue has been smoothed out.
