Funko reviews

CEO treats whs like second class citizens. I overheard him once say he "didn't want them", referring to whse employees in the staff break room. VP's are rude, selfish, self absorbed bullies who only care about the #'s not their over worked and dedicated employees. The atmosphere is very loud, poorly lit and extremely clickie. Upper management only wants pawns and "yes men" no one with a backbone or an opinion need apply.

I thought about not leaving a review but that does no justice to those who are considering working for this company. Where do I start, I was hired management level for Funko therefore I saw from high up what was being done. Associates were treated horrible and if one of them did something wrong they were to be fired with no notice of why. Not to mention the level of harassment that the director was giving associates even harassment towards the management team...The director was on a high horse had a big ego and could care less about managers and those below them. I was immediately thrown to the wolves which was fine because I have been in those situations before. However I had a lot more support with past employers when I needed help. Here when I say I was thrown to the wolves I really was. When I asked for assistance on certain issues I was told I needed to figure everything out on my own. This was from the director himself. My co-workers...forget about it. They were all just as horrible as the director. Culture was terrible here, I truly felt like most people wanted me to fail. I have asked myself the question why was I even hired ? I have since moved on and work for a great employer at the management level ..I knew my worth and what kind of impact I can have on a business.. Truly Funko's loss. My advice to everyone looking to work for this company..Please please read all the negative reviews they hold some truth.. The Seattle area is competitive and holds an immense amount of opportunity therefore I would think twice about working for this company....
