Pros

The break rooms are really nice and they provide pizza once a month for employee aprecitation.

Cons

Leads are a joke and lead by fear. Favoritism is well and alive and no clear management direction as well as immature and rude workers. I came in there with a hard working positive attitude and was bullied and hated by the young girls in the same position as me. I was talked about, glared at and even had my personal property (safety vest I had bought) taken from me and made fun of like high school mean girls. Absolutely immature and horrible work environment to be in and wouldn't want anyone to go through what I went through! As a manager everywhere I've worked I didn't expect to be treated the way I was for trying to work hard and do a good job. Ambition there is HATED by many. Very immature environment.

DO NOT WORK FOR FUNKO

Pros

A slight chance to get free stuff, which is still dwindling away.

Cons

I work in the warehouse and I am not the only one that feels this way, I'm sure. They work the warehouse staff like work mules. Constant mandatory overtime. I worked more weekends this year, than I had off. Unrealistic expectations of fulfilling orders. Bragging about the company being a multi million dollar company yet the ones that are putting the product out the door to make the company make that much money, are being paid nothing and being over worked. No appreciation for anything that the staff does. There's an obvious divide between the office and sales. They, on my occasions have messed up on our pay, which is unacceptable considering the amount of overtime the entire staff has put in. This place is garbage, it costs cents to make the toys, yet they make 800 percent more on the product and keep the money for themselves.
