Pros

Free Parking. Swag. Game room (sometimes) available at lunch.

Cons

Underpaid. Mandatory clock in and out system. You feel like a factory worker. You feel like a cog in a machine spiraling out of control. Funko values quantity over quality. Excessive amount of team leads and directors. Each task required way too many approvals from way too many directors. Overly cautious about leaks. Culture of fear of upper management. Culture of fear of the executives, especially the CEO. Cliquey managers, cliquey leads, cliquey employees. Shady company. I'm not confident in the future of this company. I don't recommend working here.

Pros

Discounts in some products at the store.

Cons

Micromanagement on how you are performing all the time. Inexperienced management and leaders. Underpaid. Quantity instead of quality. Everything is rushed which leads to the employees getting burned out. Culture of fear at Funko. (Especially fear of the executives of the company) The city of Everett is awful, bad weather, a lot of traffic, very expensive, full of homeless, and drug addicts. Very miserable job.

Pros

Pros: Talented Funko team members: Funko staff keep our offices filled with laughter, passion, and intellect . Any given day we are surrounded by a team that can help us achieve success. Challenges exist on all levels daily but, as the team grows and evolves we find those key players that can help propel us through those challenge together. Leadership is present and aware of how to drive success which is: Create great product to unify fans with their favorite pop culture genre. Develop our community so fans feel connected through art and design. Build amazing spaces for fans to embrace and experience the passion we have for pop culture That = success Creative environment to work and grow in: Our space is amazing! You weave yourself into the fabric of culture that champions the love of music, games, puzzles, vids, movies, TV and even commercials. Hard work doesn't seem so difficult when your space is buzzing with people who can get their nerd on. We have a gym and an arcade too so if you love pinball or working out you will love Funko lunchtime Great view: Mountains/Sea very serene.

Cons

Cons: The drive to work is not my favorite but am thankful we have the parking garage and we don't have to walk far. (oh and a good pod cast) The I-5 corridor is bustling with speed traps since it is opposite of traffic so tuck that away when your favorite song is playing and you put the pedal to the medal.
