Great Pay, Good Benefits, and a great environment. If you work hard and do your job, management will promote within.

Cons

I hate having to drive the trestle to work, but I would have to drive it any other job. The company pays for your parking so that you do not have to pay out of pocket.

Many issues in the Accounting and Finance Department. They have been there for years! Suspicion is that one should not expect it to change anytime soon. The board appears to be clueless as to the turn over rate and the root cause. Expect a completely condescending response from management at all times. The management is based on a model of fear. Sadly this fear is literally from the top down. Do not ask questions it will be assumed you do not know your job and are a bother to the management team. Long hours are just the beginning, don't expect a raise or acknowledgement of your part in any of the success of the department or the company.
