Really a fun place to work

Cons

During my employment there was no H. R. . I was released from work over a subcontractors dispute. At the time Funko did not have any employee or superviser handbook to deal with any problems with the workforce. I had always just fired the employee . Funko let me go after creating a fantastic warehouse that was the Flagship to be seen by prospective investors. I really am upset that Funko treated me so bad over this situation and I have retain an attorney to file a lawsuit against them.

Most of the staff love Pop culture and the working environment. Company continues to improve with new HQ, better benefits etc

Cons

Rapidly growing with occasional growing pains but company does works hard work to improve and is honest with employees. Continues to try and improve career paths of all employees.
