Pros

Freebies, decent benefits, toy store below corporate office, free parking

Cons

Absolutely the most disorganized finance team ever. Finance has zero support from tech and can't get anything done worth actually doing because of it. A/R would be WAY better if there was a dedicated tech support staff for finance, the cash applications is atrocious and manner of accounting for chargebacks and rebates is circa 1990. May as well be working with a dial up system. Not a good job for someone who appreciates the 21st century and is more tech savvy. The employees in finance are miserable, very sad place to be.

Pros

Benefits, Free Parkings, Free Drinks

Cons

Some of the leadership gets away with treating people like crap. HR plays favoritism and ignores certain issues because of who the person may know in upper management. That in itself gives you an idea of how the company is ran and I'll leave it at that. This job is ideal for someone who lacks emotional intelligence. I feel for the people that have to numb themselves to work here on a daily basis.

Pros

Very rarely receive free samples. Some travel if your in the right click.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Leaders micro manage Like crazy and have no trust in employees. Executives treat other employees like they are dumb. There is no mentorship. You will hit your sales goal but an executive will take your product or the warehouse will fail to ship out by quarter end. Makes it easy for Funko to not pay your commission. Pay structure was constantly changing to benefit Funko. Brian Is not a CEO you look up to, constantly misspeaking on important matters like RSUs and financials. No one makes money except for the top 6 people. They would rather hire someone with no experience for nothing then pay a little to get quality people and it shows! Customers are constantly unhappy with service and Funko just doesn’t care because they know the demand will keep there customers buying. For now
