Some of the leadership gets away with treating people like crap. HR plays favoritism and ignores certain issues because of who the person may know in upper management. That in itself gives you an idea of how the company is ran and I'll leave it at that. This job is ideal for someone who lacks emotional intelligence. I feel for the people that have to numb themselves to work here on a daily basis.

You will hit your sales goal but an executive will take your product or the warehouse will fail to ship out by quarter end. Makes it easy for Funko to not pay your commission. Pay structure was constantly changing to benefit Funko. Brian Is not a CEO you look up to, constantly misspeaking on important matters like RSUs and financials. No one makes money except for the top 6 people. They would rather hire someone with no experience for nothing then pay a little to get quality people and it shows!
