Some Team leaders are extremely friendly, free snacks, flexible with hours. Good for part-time employees especially students.

Cons

Few Team leaders misuse their power.

Cons

A little more employee engagement initiatives would be welcome. A team lunch or pizza nights would help us bond better. Give the agents a little more decision-making capacity.
