Can't always get the amount of hours you want The office isn't very good Work is tough and there's lots of micromanaging.

Pros

It is a good place to begin your career. The job was typical BPO job with decent task. The pay was also good. The work environment was good, the peers were helpful and the supervisor was encouraging. But since the office relocated, transportation became an issue for me.

Cons

Distance was an issue for me.
