Pros

Personally, nothing was good except when I receive my paycheck. Yet, it was not worth it.

Cons

Very bad working environment. They treat their employees as students in school. I never felt happy to go and work my shifts. Management is not reachable and never give direct answers.

Pros

Good people to work with. Salary is on average. Work is a bit challenging.

Cons

Lack of freebies like coffee and juices for their employee. Rules and regulations are there but not implementing for all employee.

Pros

They give opportunities to newcomers (Montreal Office). Supervisors were nice and willing to help (at least on the campaign I was working)

Cons

Call Centers don't have a reputation for being particularly enjoyable work places, this one is no exception. I worked for 3 months at the Montreal office (luckily found a new job). The restrooms were in terrible conditions and so was the work station, slow computers, and the headphones were so worn that they were borderline disgusting. Management does not give the impression to care about employees.
