Pros

The work is easy. The employees are extremely friendly. The office is conveniently located near a metro. Great place to work as a last resort and your desperate for a job.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance. There are LOTS of mistake with the pay. In my time there, I overheard most of the staff complaining as to how payroll short-changed them on the pay. they advertise the hourly pay to attract employees but they do not actually pay you what you agreed to. training is completely inadequate.
