Lot of opportunities for process improvement operations in 7 countries

Cons

Tightly controlled, no space given to professional Promoter appeasement given preference over real contribution towards company Key position held either by family members or executives focused on pleasing the promoters. No job security. Promoters fire employees on whims Potential personal liabilities for senior finance profiles due to gap in statutory compliances

Flexible hours - the only good thing about the job.

Cons

Terrible management, lots of pressure and unattainable goals for a low salary. Equipment is in pitiful condition - broken chairs, screens, and keyboards.
