Always meeting new people and no standing.

too many changes unorganized low pay for last min changes crazy hours no employee appreciation short breaks too many rules favoritism the list goes on...

Pros

I was working here part time, while I was still at school. The work culture here is excellent. The employees and the management are both friendly and professional. The workspace and facilities provided to employees are so much better than many other call centers. It also helps you get better at computer troubleshooting and many other computer skills.The management is usually flexible with schedule for part timers and they also allow you to exchange shift with employees, in case you can't make it. I would totally recommend this place for someone looking for a job.

Cons

Part time schedules are sometimes messed up, despite informing an unavailability. However, you can still talk to colleagues and exchange shifts with someone who is willing.
