Pros

They hire people with no previous call center experience. CSR agents and SMEs are all friendly and helpful. Very flexible hours for part timers.

Cons

Low pay and no employee bonus program. Little to no room for growth. Management is disorganized, and they give the impression that they don't value their employees. Lots of drama within management

Pros

I can't think of one good thing to say about this company.

Cons

They will lie and doctor reports to clients if it will benefit them. They put under qualified people in key positions with lower salaries, remove support to cut cost and wonder why their operations fail. The culture there seems to be lie and embellish to keep your job. Clients are dissatisfied with the quality of service and within 1 year they have lost multiple large clients.
