Pros

They work with your schedule if you work from home

Cons

You have to work 1800 hours per year to get any paid time off hours, no raises, only one 10 minute break and a 30 minute off the clock lunch only if you work at least 8 hours, low pay. However, new hires are started out at $13 per hour now.

Pros

Will hire anyone, so good if you're desperate. You can get away with almost anything because they need people so bad. But getting away with anything leads to go people leaving sooner rather than later because they get feed up with it.

Cons

The company just laid off 90% of their employees. Work here only if desperate but always be looking for something better. The company is not stable, they are moving much of their business to El Salvador. This isn't the company for long term employment. It is ONLY an in between type is job. The company tends to make promises and then never follow through. They also want to run it like a call center in India, which just doesn't work. I gave it two stars because it will do when desperate. But ONLY if desperate. Keep looking, there are better companies out there.
