Pros

You may wear casual attire, they have very good environment for co-workers ONLY not the management, it is unilingual, ENGLISH ONLY.

Cons

Management acts friendly but stabs you in the back, very demanding company but does not give a raise, no permanent seating arrangement.

Pros

They hire people with no call center experience, very flexible hours, awesome coworkers

Cons

I worked here for 3 years, and never felt like a valued employee. So much drama with the higher ups, and they really don't care about their employees at all, so attrition is super high. Minimum wage, no bonus system or any room for growth.
