overall it was a good work environment at first when I started with the company about 4 years ago the staff and management was great

The company was closed down by giving us a short notice overworked and under paid. the miromanaging was the worse

Amazing team members, and many, many ways to get involved and help.

Cons

So much to do, but not a lot of order. The company is made up of many acquired companies, so getting them all to work together is a challenge.
