Pros

Remote opportunities. I like my team. If you work in-office, the pot lucks are usually pretty good.

Cons

They'll promise you everything under the sun during the hiring process. Fusion bonuses, client bonuses, genuine advancement opportunities. They're all cake. The goals for those bonuses are out of reach for any new CSR, and by the time they've developed the necessary skills, that bonus program has ended. If you're promoted, it's because you're somebody's bestie, or you're just the most experienced melanin-deprived person on the program. I'm still here because I have bills to pay and this job pays some of them.
