      Pros

      In about five years I was promoted 3 times and compensated accordingly. Hard work and persistence does not go unnoticed.

      Cons

      This company is for hard workers. If you're lazy stay away, if you're a hard worker you will fit in and grow with the company.

      They do not compensate their employees well. Benifits are garbage. Hours expected are ridiculous. Don't even bother looking here.
