Great company with a great culture. Work, life balance is great and everyone at the company is focused on the future and growth of the business. Leadership is very transparent and I enjoy working here. Great company to work for if you want to grow your career internally.

Cons

It is very difficult to work for a company that you don't really feel important at. While sales is responsible for landing new clients, it is often overlooked that other departments have to keep that client happy after the sale.

Pros

A lot of the lower level and some middle management employees are friendly and many of the supervisors are easily approachable and easy to build a rapport with.

Cons

The company pays very little compared to their competitors. They also have very poor benefits compared to their competitors. Upper management and the entire sales department has a poor understanding of the products they are selling. The company filed for bankruptcy in 2019, after which point most of their engineers left. Fusion Connect could not afford an office and had their entire support team crammed into a small Wework office that should have been for 3-4 people at most.
