      Pros

      Working from Home is the best - no more stuffy office full of cliches and attitudes.

      Cons

      Former CEO 'MR' lied to us - Birch and Megapath are the worst additions. Systems are out of date Management has no clue and belittles employees. Management does not have your back. All Work and no rewards Lousy Benefits - Health insurance stinks. While PTO is given to you up front, you can't roll it over. Once again - NO MONEY - That's why they can't hire any Techs or Engineers. Company needs to take care of it's current customer base so it's not lost.
