Horrible management, since the merge with Megapath/Birch, this company has lost it's 'mom and pop' identity and now treats their employees like they are robots. Upper management has unrealistic expectations because they micromanage to a tee and don't care about the mental health of their teams. Forget about any sort of raise, not even a petty raise to make you feel any better. Everyone is worked to the point of mental breakdown every week and yet they have no mercy. The CEO is constantly trying to cover up their bankruptcy situation with lies, the story changes every few weeks, it's a wonder this establishment still exists.
