Pros

Fusion is a great place to work. I worked in Finance before coming over to Fusion for some of the largest banks in Boston, State Street, John Hancock and BNY. At Fusion you are part of something. When I worked in Finance I felt like just a number. Fusion gives you the opportunity to build lasting life long relationships. Commission is not capped and you can make significant money each month. We are in the office 5 days a week which gives me structure and everyone is here to help. Fusion is the best open market distributor of electronic components for a reason.

Cons

There are no cons working at Fusion. If you do not like a fast paced environment and making money maybe its not the place for you.

Pros

Lifechanging experience for me and great place to grow my sales career. It's challenging but worth it with lots of support from management and colleagues alike. So much opportunity to expand both professionally and to make lifechanging money. Not sure I'd be where I am today without this experience - thank you!

Cons

requires effort/discipline -- typical for sales role

Pros

Absolutely none. Although if you're totally desperate and have some sales background, since they are always laying of people, you can probably get hired. just start looking for another job immediately.

Cons

Let's see - there was another post about management fueling performance through dread and doubt. There are mind games like before telling you you're on a PIP to move you under the exit sign for public humiliation. by design, new eager employees are brought in to discover potential new clients or product sources and then when their time is up those contacts go to someone else. any success is built off dozens of people that came before you. Easily the worst place I ever worked.
