Thanks for your review! We have endless earning potential and a phenomenal view! Unfortunately, in every office comes with political views. We actually favor hard workers if you're putting the time in. We do have people who move from our Purchasing team as this is an entry-level position. Often, help and advice are masked as micromanaging. If you're unable to fly on your own, a manager will step in and help. They will take the opportunity to teach you so you can learn the ropes! Everyone is rooting for you to succeed... because when you succeed the team does too!

Stress happens with every company, but it's optional. Our management team does an exceptional job on being proactive to avoid stressful situations.
