The only pro is the office view. That says a lot.

Cons

An extremely immoral company that sucks the soul out of you. If you're looking for a terrible company that only cares about earning money, you've found it. Looks like a great place to work, but don't let it fool you.

If you are liked by your manager, you are given good accounts to earn some money.

Cons

It hugely depends on market and your accounts. Old timer keeps money making accounts and new comer starts with nothing, so you need to keep working with 0 incentive first several months, while watching next desk making millions .
