Pros
When I started everyone was very welcoming and it really felt like a family you were working with. The people there are amazing! You really have no idea how hard every single person at this company works. From the Programmers (wizards) to the designers (basically creating whatever non-sense a dealer could come up with).
Cons
While they would provide us with new computers when needed, they were always the base models. Getting raises was hard. Moving up I felt like it would hit a wall at some point. Some in office regulations seemed a bit much. IE. no hats, no clothing with hoodies, buttoned shirts, no v necks, no graphic tees, no sandals, etc. And while most may say those clothes aren't professional; you're in an office no one visits. The other was the turnover rate. It was very high making it kind of scary wondering every day if you would be the one to go.
