Excited to grow with fusionZONE
Pros
I've worked at fusionZONE for just over 6 months and it's the first place I have worked where I actually see the proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. They promote from within, I feel valued as an employee, and they love and implement a lot of the small ideas that I come up with that I feel would help the business. My days fly by, I think I've had 1 or two slow days in the 6+ months I've worked there. The office environment is fast paced but fun and the quarterly social outings are a blast. Most of my coworkers are great. Pizza once a month!
Cons
There's been a high turn over rate. The size of the office for the pace we're growing, but that should be dealt with soon. No break room = no microwave (but there is a coffee machine). There's a bad egg here and there but they eventually get dealt with and most times are their own undoing.
