5yYou're right. Being a part of a big company means things don't always move super quickly. And with the volume of change at Future this year, it can be difficult to even know what the structure of this organisation looks like. It's something we're working on, and being able to express your thoughts on what isn't working is a big part of what helps us grow and improve.
That having been said, a core principal of this company is taking chances on things you feel are the right move. If you feel like you're being limited in some way, it may be worth having that conversation with your immediate supervisor.
