Pros

- Unlimited holiday, and generally have good benefits - Opportunity to work across a number of digital publications and often with impressive colleagues - My personal work/life balance is good. but this definitely isn't the case for many of my colleagues

Cons

- Salary is quite low, and there have been a lot of redundancies made - A lot of changes in a short amount of time. This can be both a good and a bad thing - Lack of company culture

Pros

Lots of great people, lots of brands, lots of opportunities for career progression, robust training in SEO and analytics

Cons

Pays badly, especially given how much CEO makes, focus is too eCommerce and affiliate driven and not enough on partnerships. WFH policy is badly put-together
