Amazing career opportunities on offer and chances to climb the ladder. If you work hard you will be rewarded, and most importantly, supported. Future is the first employer I have had where it genuinely feels like you can be mentored and guided in career decisions and options open to you both internally and potentially externally.

Cons

Don't be work-shy. Future expects commitment and the ability to work at pace!
