      Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate your feedback. We agree that we have some amazing teams across the business which allow us to achieve great things collectively. As you may know, we announced our intention to amend salaries with effect from January across the business during our recent townhall meetings. In the UK, we are proud to be a member of the living wage foundation.

      Pros

      Great company with good management and rewards scheme. The unlimited holiday is a great asset for everyone and is always nice to be able to take leave when needed.

      Cons

      Progression is slightly difficult as there is no real training scheme involved. It would be useful for new starters and grads if there was some scheme in place for them.

      Pros

      Incredible, talented people, nice offices that were recently redecorated. Unlimited paid holiday. A lot of changes have been made to improve the culture and reduce overall pessimism among employees.

      Cons

      No job security, no potential to develop professionally beyond the role you're in, pay is below industry standard
