      Having spent a large chunk of my professional career with Future in London and Bath I can honestly say that I have been really fortunate to work at this organisation Working at Future has given me the opportunity to have a hand in producing some really meaningful work that had has an impact on a national ( and sometimes international) level At the level I was performing at , there was a strong respect for those who did the work and were then afforded the responsibility to deliver without interference, along with a flexibility around work schedules and any family issues My experience of the employees was exceptional with 99% of people regularly producing the best job they could to help the team deliver on a project or budget

      Cons

      Since the re-structure in 2014 there has been a need to re-build the employee culture with mixed results, but it's clear this is being worked on. There can also be some strategic short term thinking issues where today's priority may not be the same as tomorrows, or indeed yesterdays
